British Motorcycle Grand Prix: Malaysian riders managed to be at the 12th spot

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian riders were far from their best in qualifying at the British Motorcycle Grand Prix today.

Hafizh Syahrin Abdullah (Petronas Raceline), who struggled with rear end grip issues in the final practice session, managed 12th in Moto2 after clocking two minutes and 7.297 seconds at the Silverstone circuit while Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman (Idemitsu Honda Team Asian) came in 20th on 2:07.704s.

Zulfahmi Khairuddin (DRIVE M7-SIC Racing), who has struggled all season, continued his poor form in Moto3, only managing 29th on 2:15.350s.
