Govt did not pay any salary to Lim Kok Wing, Paul Stadlen

KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Dr Lim Kok Wing never received any salary from the government during his tenure as the special coordinator to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

Minister's in the Prime Ministers' Department Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said said the government also never paid any salary to former Apco Malaysia head Paul Stadlen.

Azalina was responding to Lim Lip Eng (DAP-Segambut), who had asked the prime minister to state the designations, duties and salaries for Lim, Heng Seai Kie and Paul Stadlen.

"He (Lim) was not paid any salaries or allowances while holding that post," she said.

She also reiterated that the government never paid any salary to Stadlen as he was never employed by the government.

"Stadlen is not a government employee. With regards to that, he was not paid a salary or allowance by the government."

Azalina added that Heng was an adviser to the prime minister on national unity and national integration duties.
