KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) has been granted a land lease of 60 years, on a rolling basis, by the Ministry of Finance.
This applies to land at KL International Airport and other airports.
MAHB, in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, said the land lease agreement would include the remaining existing land lease period of 18 years.
Meanwhile, for the new Aeropolis projects, the land lease, on a rolling basis, has been granted for 60 years, it added. --Bernama
