KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd and WCT Holdings Bhd today entered into a partnership to develop 10 parcels of freehold land measuring 608 acres in Hulu Selangor.
The partnership will materialize in a 50:50 joint venture (JV) company, tasked to develop the integrated, mixed-development township.
The development has a targeted gross development value of RM3 billion and is expected to be fully completed in 10 years.
The township is located some 30 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur city centre.
