PETALING JAYA: A 39-year old man was found dead with his head wrapped in a black plastic bag in an office at Aman Suria, at noon today.
District police chief assistant commissioner Mohd Zani Che Din said police received a call over the discovery of the body. The caller is believed to be the man’s employer.
"The employer came to the office at 11.50am and found the dead body in a room located at the back of the office," said Mohd Zani.
The man is believed to have committed suicide, with depression as a possible trigger.
Police found a report stating that the victim had been receiving treatment for drug addiction. The report also stated that the victim has suffered from depression.
The employer told police he had a staff of four, including the deceased.
It was understood that the man fell into depression after the recent death of his father.
Checks showed no signs of a break-in, nor of foul play.
Police have classified the case as sudden death.
