KUALA LUMPUR: The Operations Review Panel (ORP) of the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) has reviewed the results of the investigation into the RM2.6 billion donation issue.
"The case was presented to the ORP after the Attorney-General's Chambers made its decision on it.
"The ORP is aware of the decision made by the AG's Chambers and is now asking MACC to cooperate with them for further clarifications on the decision," said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Paul Low in a written reply to Rafizi Ramli (PKR-Pandan).
Rafizi had asked Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to state the developments on the investigation by the anti-graft agency's review panel.
