Selena Gomez to perform in KL in July

KUALA LUMPUR: Multiple award-winning singer and actress Selena Gomez is heading here on July 25, as part of her The Revival Tour at the Malawati Indoor Arena.

“I am ready to get back on the road and see my fans in person!” said the Good For You singer in a statement today.

Gomez has been in the spotlight for most of her life, and it’s safe to say that she will remain at the forefront of entertainment for the unforeseeable future.

As a multi-talented artiste, she has proven that she can act, sing, and dance, and now this Hollywood triple-threat will be bringing her explosive pop hits and jaw-dropping dance moves to Malaysia.

Her performance here will feature elaborated costumes, dancers and the extended concert stage will give every audience a great view of her onstage. Her set features several songs from her latest album Revival as well as new takes on fans’ favourites.

“This album marks a new and very important chapter in my life. I cannot wait to get onstage and perform this new material,” she said.

With critically acclaimed songs from her most recent album, Revival, fuelling her mainstream pop success even more, you can bet that Gomez’s upcoming concert will be some of the most talked about shows of the year. This pop princess is ready to put on one knockout performance after another, and now you might be able to score a spot in the audience, and you definitely don’t want to miss out!

Despite her hectic schedule, giving back has always been an important element in her life. She was named the youngest goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF at 18 and has worked tirelessly to support this organisation ever since.

She was honoured for her continued support at Variety’s first ever Unite4: Humanity event with the Young Humanitarian Award alongside Bill Clinton.

Gomez has also traveled to Ghana, Chile and most recently Nepal as an advocate for some of the world’s most vulnerable children. She has hosted “We Day” in both Vancouver and Chicago for Free The Children, an organisation that empowers young people to achieve their fullest potential as agents of change by being active local and global citizen.

Tickets to her concert are priced from RM285 onwards, and will be available from April 11 at 10am through www.prworldwidelive.com and via authorised Rock Corner Outlets.
