Rafizi to bring Selangor 'corruption' evidence to Wan Azizah

KUALA LUMPUR: All evidence on the alleged corruption involving the Selangor admistration will be produced to PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail tomorrow, says Pandan Member of Parliament Rafizi Ramli.

The PKR secretary-general said he will discuss the matter with Dr Wan Azizah and the party first before taking any further action.

"If the decision is to report to the MACC (Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commision), then I will," he told reporters at the Parliament lobby.

Rafizi was responding to calls for him to report to the MACC on the Selangor administration after his WhatsApp message to an internal PKR chat group named "Solidarity for Anwar" was leaked.

He said he had received complaints of demands for cash and women in dealings with the Selangor administration, which is headed by PKR deputy president Datuk Seri Azmin Ali.

On the leaked WhatsApp message, he said the message had been taken out of context.

Rafizi said the internal message was only to remind party members not to take any chattering or complaints about graft, at any level, lightly.

On Friday, he confirmed that the message was authentic and sent by him.
