PETALING JAYA: Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd and Petronas Lubricants Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd today signed a RM355 million deal where the latter will supply 17 million litres of engine oil to Perodua for a period of five years.
Perodua Sales is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malaysia's largest automobile manufacturer Perodua while PLMM is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Petronas Dagangan Bhd.
This sale and purchase partnership is a continuation of an existing contract which caters for the supply of 14 million litres of engine between the two parties which ends at the end of this year.
Today's new contract kicks in starting January 2017 and extends till December 2021 for an increased supply of engine oil (17 million litres).
The agreement was signed by Perodua Sales' Managing Director Dr Zahari Husin and Petronas Lubricants Marketing Malaysia CEO Zubair Abdul Razak.
