KUALA LUMPUR: Asia’s largest low-cost carrier, AirAsia, has appointed Kathleen Tan as its President of North Asia today.
She will be responsible for building AirAsia’s market in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
The appointment marks Tan’s return to AirAsia after leaving the budget carrier in 2013 after nine years as its regional head of commerce to head AirAsia Expedia as chief executive officer (CEO).
