PETALING JAYA: Popular actress Nora Danish's romance with Nedim Nazri is coming to a happy conclusion — the couple are set to tie the knot this year.
Nora, 35, said her impending wedding to Nedim, 33, the son of Tourism and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz will be a simple affair attended by their family members and close friends.
While the actual date has yet to be fixed, it is likely to take place in Bali, where they will have their honeymoon.
"I love visiting Bali because it is enchanting, romantic and full of beautiful sceneries. Furthermore, I like holidaying in attractive places which are not too far away from home," said Nora, when met at the launch of the music video of singer and songwriter Aizat Amdan's latest single Raniaku at Cathay Cineleisure in Mutiara Damansara, recently.
Coincidentally, the music video was shot in Bali recently. It stars Nora as Rania, a young wife who is losing her sight as a result of an illness, and tries to hide it from her husband, Azman, played by Remy Ishak.
However, Azman loves his wife dearly and assures her he will take good care of her, and encourages her to undergo surgery to restore her sight.
Raniaku is composed by Aizat to promote cosmetics brand Safi Rania Gold, in which Nora has been its ambassador since last year.
Nora was married to Rizal Ashram Ramli from 2006 to 2008. They have a son Putra Rayqal Rizal, 6.
