PETALING JAYA: TSR Capital Bhd has received its shareholders' approval for the proposed acquisition of the entire stake in Satu Kahwin Sdn Bhd (SKSB) for RM48.1 million.
Its chairman Tan Sri Mohamad Noor Abdul Rahim said the acquisition also involved a piece of land measuring 54,660 sq ft in Sungai Buloh, which is adjacent to TSR's existing business operation, Menara TSR.
"Based on the approved layout plan, the land is earmarked for commercial development with the proposed development to build two blocks of office tower.
“However, we are open to modify this plan moving forward depending on the market demand, and will be decided at a board meeting soon," he told reporters after TSR's extraordinary general meeting here, today.
