Najib headed to Thailand to pay last respects to King Bhumibol

PUTRAJAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak will visit Thailand on Oct 22 to pay his last respects to the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

The prime minister will be accompanied by his wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, as well as senior government officials, the Foreign Ministry said in statement today.

Bhumibol, who was the world’s longest-reigning monarch, died at Siriraj Hospital on Oct 13. He was 88 years old.
