Alibaba's Jack Ma calls on PM Najib

BEIJING, China: Internet entrepreneur and billionaire Jack Ma called on Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak today.

The executive chairman of Alibaba Group, a former English teacher who founded what would become China's largest Internet company, met Najib prior to the launch of Alitrip Malaysia Tourism Pavilion.

The collaboration will see Malaysian tourist attractions featured on the Alitrip travel portal, part of the Alibaba Group.

Alibaba Group is a holding company with nine major subsidiaries: Alibaba.com, Taobao Marketplace, Tmall, eTao, Alibaba Cloud Computing, Juhuasuan, 1688.com, AliExpress.com and Alipay.
