British Airways offers M'sian SMEs 'On Business' loyalty programme

KUALA LUMPUR: British Airways has launched an 'On Business' loyalty programme as part of its commitment to the Malaysian market.

The new programme will enable local businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to maximise their travel budget by earning points whenever they travel on British Airways, Iberia and American Airlines.

"We want to give corporations a chance to engage with us and be rewarded for their loyalty," British Airways head of Asia Pacific Robert Williams told a media briefing here today.

He said new members from Malaysia will enjoy a welcome bonus of triple ‘On Business Points’ on the first six eligible flights within the first 12 months of the new membership.

Registered companies in Malaysia can become members of the loyalty program by signing up at the British Airways website.

Companies could start earning 1 point per US$1 (RM4.25) spent, and they are also able to collect points retroactively for up to four months.
