What's on TV: A second chance for Pak Ajis, magical moments in Misi Arjuna, the Hulk smashes through your screen and Ho Chak! explores more great food

EVERYONE deserves a second chance. That’s what Pak Ajis seeks in Jalan Sehala, a telemovie which airs tomorrow at 3pm on TV1.

After spending two decades in jail, Pak Ajis is turning over a new leaf. He goes in search of his family. Along the way, he meets a girl who is also searching for her own family members. Starring Azhan Rani, Reen Rahim, Sherie Merlis, Wan Nazri and Maslan Iqbal.

Also airing on TV1 at 7pm tomorrow is the new series 2000km Ke Al Haram, starring Syazwan Zulkifly, Mia Ahmad, Iqram Dinzley, Fauzi Nawawi and Janna Nick. It tells of Iqa who works as a journalist upon her return from abroad. One of her assignments requires her to interview business icon Salmah who has fallen sick. Salmah has only one wish: To see her only son Hadi gets married before she dies.

Things get a little magical in Misi Arjuna, which comes on tomorrow at 9pm on TV3. It is about Arman Junaida, who has superpowers. He goes by the name Arjuna and solves crimes by getting information from a magic newspaper that a mysterious old man delivers to his house. Only Arjuna is able to read the newspaper using the special spectacles that his late grandfather present him. When he is not solving crimes and saving the world, Arjuna is an ordinary boy who faces peer pressure in school and living up to his parents’ expectations at home. Starring Muntazar Ghurfan, Arissa Afrina, Anas Riduan, Didie Alias, Zul Yahaya and Ben Laden.

Fans of Marvel Comics can tune in to The Incredible Hulk tomorrow at 12.30am on TV3. Directed by Louis Leterrier, the movie explores the backstory of Bruce Banner before he becomes the Hulk. He was an unwitting pawn in a military experiment where he was exposed to famma radiation. While on the run, he tries to cure himself before he is captured by General Thaddeus Ross. Starring Edward Norton, Liv Tyler, Tim Roth and Tim Blake Nelson.

On Sunday, tune in to the foodie show Ho Chak! at 6pm on 8TV. Hosted by Gary Yap and Orange Tan, this series serves out ideas on where to find great food all over the country. The hosts goes in search of delicious local specialties such as nyonya, Malay and Indian cuisines, as well as delectable desserts.

A different theme is introduced in each episode and the hosts will try to outdo each other to introduce viewers to the best each has to offer. The show also features food preparation and compare ingredients and prices to give viewers ample choices.

Also on Sunday is South Korean action comedy Miss Conspirator at 11pm on TV9. Go Hyun-jung stars as the nerdy and reclusive cartoonist with a severe case of sociophobia. She accidentally becomes involved in a drug deal involving the country’s biggest organised crime group. She is then forced to deal with her fear of social gatherings while eluding the authorities. The movie also stars Yoo Hae-jin, Sung Dong-il and Lee Moon-sik.
