Tabung Haji cautions public against dealing with "third parties" on haj appeals

KUALA LUMPUR: Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) has not appointed any party, company or individual to act as a broker, intermediary, third party or agent to manage matters related to haj appeals, including appeals to expedite the pilgrimage rotation period.

“TH advises the public to continuously be on alert and not be influenced by any irresponsible party, company or individual offering such services for a fee,” it said in a statement today.

TH said the public can send their letters of appeal for haj directly to counters at 123 branches located at Urban Transformation Centres nationwide, or by post.

TH said they will then issue a letter to the sender acknowledging receipt of the appeal, which will then be entered into the system for evaluation purposes.
