KUCHING: After spending a night at the SK St Peter relief centre in Padawan here, 111 evacuees can finally returned home after floodwaters receded.
The centre had been cleaned and closed as victims returned to their homes in Kampung Simpok said State Fire and Rescue Director Nor Hisham Mohammad.
At noon, a total of 106 victims remained at two relief centres, one is the Samarahan Community Hall and the other, SK Sejijak.
Major towns and cities in the state are experiencing cloudy weather but no reports of heavy downpour or flash flood has come in so far.
