Part of the Duta Ulu-Kelang Expressway (Duke) is temporarily closed until Jan 24 from 10pm to 6am due to construction work on the highway.
In a statement yesterday, Konsortium Lebuhraya Utara — Timur (KL) Sdn Bhd (Kesturi) said the road closure at the highway from Gombak towards Ampang, Ulu Kelang, Stapak and Setiawangsa exits was due to the beam-launching work for Duke Phase 2 project.
“As an alternative, road users from Gombak can make a U-turn before the Batu toll plaza and continue heading back to Ampang or Ulu Kelang.
“Kesturi advises all road users to be cautious when driving along the construction area and to adhere to all traffic signs,” it says.
