PUTRAJAYA: All Malaysians have been invited to join the Ekpresi Negaraku event tomorrow at the Palace of Justice, Dataran Putrajaya to celebrate their love for the country.
The event will be launched by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and visitors will have the chance to participate in various activities including the Negaraku Flag Run and Senamrobik Negaraku.
Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Seri Salleh Said Keruak said the event will feature many interesting and interactive activities that are suitable for families from all walks of life.
“There will be a session called Zon Kebanggaan dan Kecintaan, which will show the stories of individuals who have contributed to the country.
“The Zon Aspirasi gives an opportunity to Malaysians to share their hopes and aspiration on the future of the country.
“There will also be special appearance by popular local artistes to entertain visitors including Amy Search, Ella, Bunkface and others at night,” he said in a statement, today.
Ekspresi Negaraku is the first platform to mobilise the Negaraku initiative implemented nationwide to encourage Malaysians to show their love for the country.
The event will run from 7am to 11pm.
