Fuzi said the CEO was arrested after his friend got involved in a fight at the Dubai International Airport.

“The man was not arrested for drug possession as reported by a couple of local portals.

“We are currently waiting for the complete information from the Dubai authorities and are investigating this case as well,” he said when contacted by Bernama.

It was reported that the CEO was repatriated on Tuesday after serving a sentence in the United Arab Emirates.
