JOHOR BARU: The manager of a security company was charged at the magistrate's court today with murdering a 54-year old man who worked under him as a guard.
S. Muthusamy , 53, from Taman Rinting, Masai, was alleged to have murdered Ramli Jusoh at a factory located in Jalan Timah within the Pasir Gudang Industrial Zone between 9pm and 10pm on Dec 16.
Magistrate Mohd Azlan Shah Mohd Allias fixed Feb 15 for mention.
Deputy public prosecutor Muhamad Syafiq Mohd Ghazali prosecuted while the accused was not represented.
The victim was found dead on the factory ground with bruise marks on his face and the upper back of his body.
Post mortem revealed that the victim had died from a severe blow on his torso with a blunt object.
