Case of PD teen accused of murdering dental technician postponed [NSTTV]

PORT DICKSON: The magistrate's court here today postponed the case of a teen accused of murdering a 28-year-old dental technician earlier this year.

Magistrate Siti Khairiah Abdul Razak fixed June 5 for remention, pending a Chemistry Department report.

The accused, Abdul Malik Rosli, 19, looked calm when Siti Khairiah announced the decision.

Clad in orange lock-up attire, the unemployed Abdul Malik was charged under Section 302 of the Penal code for murdering Mahusin Abdul Rahim at the Lukut Health Clinic Quarters at 1.40am on Jan 22.

The Section carries the mandatory death penalty upon conviction.
