State police chief Datuk Mazlan Mansor said with last night's arrest, his men have detained a total of 15 people under the operation, dubbed, 'Ops Methanol'.

"We have conducted 17 raids in the state, namely in Shah Alam, Gombak, South Klang and Kajang.

"Eight of them are locals while the rest are foreigners.

Elaborating further on the case, he said 17 victims are still being treated at hospitals in the state.

Mazlan was met after Selangor police contingent's monthly gathering this morning.
