SHAH ALAM: Controversial cosmetics entrepreneur Nur Sajat was expected to be charged at the Sessions Court here.
Based on the notice posted at the court, Nur Sajat is facing a charge under Section 41(6) of Goods and Services Tax Act 2014.
The proceeding would take place before Rofiah Mohamad and would be prosecuted by Royal Malaysian Customs Department.
Donning a red blouse, Nur Sajat was seen arriving at the court at 9.25am with some friends.
At press time, the media was still waiting for the proceeding to take place.
