Deputy Public Prosecutor Nadia Eleena Jamaluddin Akbal asked no bail to be offered to the accused as the offence was a non-bailable one.

However, Counsel Vincent Chew who appeared for the accused pleaded for minimum bail.

The court set RM2,500 bail with one surety and ordered the accused to report himself to the nearby police station monthly.

The court also fixed Nov 3 for mention.
