Agus: I've told cops who Mr H is

KAJANG: Former Community Communication Department (J-KOM) director-general Datuk Dr Mohammad Agus Yusoff has revealed the identity of Mr H to police.

He revealed this to reporters after a three-hour long statement recording session at Kajang district police headquarters, here today.

"I have given my full cooperation and answered all the necessary questions during the statement recording process.

"I have also given the investigating officers the identity of Mr H," he said when met outside the police headquarters this evening.

Now, he said it is up to the police to investigate the matter.

Agus who was accompanied by his lawyers, Faizal Rahman and Zaflee Pawanteh, also lodged a report against Blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin over the leaking of his police report about the ongoing investigation.

Earlier Agus arrived at the headquarters in a Toyota Estima at 2pm.

Dressed in a light blue shirt and black pants, Agus managed to wave at the group of media practitioners waiting outside the police headquarters, before the trio walked towards the investigation area.

A video call recording between Agus and another J-KOM officer, Abdul Wahab Abdul Kadir, went viral recently.

It is alleged to have been edited by irresponsible parties.

This was admitted by Abdul Wahab in a press conference with Agus, who claimed that he took instructions from a Mr H, who made him an 'offer' in exchange for the video.

The 34-year old Abdul Wahab in his confession claimed that the video call he screen recorded was muted without audio, but the one which went viral had audio, allegedly edited to put Agus in a bad light.

Following the viral video, Agus had immediately tendered his resignation from his DG position.
