YAN: Police are hunting for two suspects who allegedly used fire extinguishers to rob a grocery store in Taman Desa Aman, Guar Chempedak here on Thursday.
The two suspects were wearing black hoodies during the 7.25pm robbery, which was caught on closed-circuit television camera and has since gone viral.
The shopkeeper, a woman, is seen sitting down to avoid the fire extinguisher's spray powder while trying to protect the cash register, but to no avail.
Yan district police chief Deputy Superintendent Shahnaz Akhtar Haji said the two men discharged the fire extinguisher upon entering the premises.
