Furious wives spark immigration raid on suspected prostitution den at Endau reflexology centre

MERSING: Four foreign women were detained in a reflexology centre for breaching the stipulated conditions of their working permits, at Endau here, yesterday.

The women - three Indonesians and a Thai-national aged between 27 and 34, are believed to have offered sexual services to patrons.

Johor Immigration Department director Baharuddin Tahir said nine used condoms, massage oils, stained towels and the clientele record ledgers were also confiscated during the 9.12pm raid.

It is suspected that the women were offering sex to patrons and operated the prostitution den under the pretext of a legit reflexology centre.

He added the women were detained for violating Regulation 39(b) of the Immigration Regulations 1963.

Upon conviction, the offence is punishable by a fine not exceeding RM1,000 or imprisonment-term not exceeding six months or both.

Meanwhile, a source revealed that during the raid, a man wrapped in a towel gave numerous excuses when he was literally caught with his 'pants down'.

The source also revealed the raid was launched following complaints lodged by several housewives in the housing estate near the centre who were upset that their spouses were regularly patronising the reflexology centre.
