KUALA LUMPUR: Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV)’s suspended president and chief executive officer Datuk Zakaria Arshad this morning replied to a show-cause letter issued by FGV’s board of directors.
The reply letter was submitted on his behalf by his brother, Maulud Arshad, to FGV's company secretary Koo Shuang Yen at 11.30am.
The show-cause letter reply concerns the long-outstanding debt of Safitex Trading LLC to Delima Oil Products Sdn Bhd.
Zakaria was suspended by FGV’s board on June 6 along with three other senior executives until further notice.
