SEREMBAN: Participants of the upcoming IJM Land Half Marathon 2017, set for Aug 13, honed their running skills at a clinic organised by IJM Land recently.
The clinic enlightened runners on the rules and regulations of a half marathon and the do's and don'ts while participating.
All registered runners were given a talk and coached through a dynamic stretching session in advance of the big day.
IJM Land said the clinic and the marathon are among its initiatives to bring together people who share the same interests, helping them bond over a shared passion.
