SEREMBAN: A fiery inferno razed 80 per cent of the Seremban main market at Jalan Tun Dr Ismail here earlier tonight.
A Fire and Rescue Services Department spokesman said the fire gutted the first floor of the market known to locals as Pasar Besar Seremban at around 7.36pm tonight.
Firemen from Seremban and Senawang were immediately despatched and the firefighters arrived at the scene at 7.42pm.
The fire attracted hundreds of onlookers and caused a massive traffic jam.
It is unknown if there were any victims.
