Fuel prices to go down at midnight

KUALA LUMPUR: After weeks of surging prices, fuel prices are set to go down for the coming week.

For the period of Nov 23 to 29, RON95 petrol will be priced at RM2.30 per litre, an eight sen decrease from last week’s price of RM2.38.

RON97 will cost RM2.58 per litre, down eight sen from RM2.66 the previous week.

Diesel, meanwhile, will see a two sen decrease to RM2.23 per litre.

The prices, announced by the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry, will come into effect at midnight.

This marks the 35th week of fuel pricing updates since fuel prices were floated on March 30.
