Tengku Adnan's wife heads list of recipients of Pahang honours

KUANTAN: Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor’s wife, Datin Seri Anggraini Sentiyaki heads a list of 169 recipients of state honours in conjunction with the birthday celebration of the Sultan of Pahang, Sultan Ahmad Shah.

The investiture is scheduled to be held at Istana Abu Bakar Pekan near here today.

Anggraini, who is also chairman of Badan Amal Kasih Ibu Putrajaya, is among the 21 recipients of the Darjah Kebesaran Sri Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang (SSAP), which carries the title “Datuk Seri”.

The other recipients are Pahang Legal Adviser Datuk Shamsulbahri Ibrahim and six state executive council members, comprising Datuk Shafik Fauzan Sharif, who is State Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Committee chairman; Datuk Abu Bakar Harun (Felda Affairs Committee chairman); Datuk Mohd Johari Hussain (Youth and Sports Committee chairman); Datuk Norol Azali Sulaiman (Health, Human Resources and Special Functions Committee chairman); Datuk Shahaniza Shamsuddin (Women and Family Development, Communications and Multimedia Committee chairman) and Datuk Syed Ibrahim Syed Ahmad (Islamic Affairs and Special Functions Committee chairman).

Also awarded the SSAP are Sarawak Police Commissioner, Commissioner of Police (CP) Datuk Amer Awal; Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) Vice-Chancellor, Prof Datuk Dr Daing Mohd Nasir Daing Ibrahim; Social Security Organisation (SOCSO) Chief Executive Datuk Dr Mohammed Azman Aziz; Wirajaya Tuah Sdn Bhd Managing Director (MD) Datuk Azman Ismail; Kotamas Development (M) Sdn Bhd director Datuk Wong Haw Ran; Tabung Haji (Pilgrims Fund) Senior General Manager, Datuk Syed Saleh Syed Abdul Rahman; Kharisma Wira Sdn Bhd MD Datuk Azri Murad; Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Darwis Abd Razak and Singaport Technologies Engineering Pte. Ltd manager Lim Seng Hock.

Five individuals will receive the Darjah Kebesaran Sri Indera Mahkota Pahang (SIMP) award, which carries the title “Datuk”.

They include APEX Capacity Sdn Bhd MD, Tengku Datuk Yusof Tengku Zainal Karib; Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) Deputy Director-General (Operations) Vice-Admiral (Maritime) Datuk Mohd Taha Ibrahim; aide to Pekan Member of Parliament, Datuk Zainal Abidin Pa’wan and the Prime Minister’s Special Officer, Datuk Mohd Aripin Daud.

Sultan Ahmad Shah will also confer the Darjah Kebesaran Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang (DSAP), which also carries the title “Datuk” on 12 individuals, who include Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department Deputy Director Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Datuk Saiful Azly Kamaruddin; , Bukit Aman Deputy Director of Management, DCP Datuk Mohd Roze Shaari; Royal Malaysia Customs Deputy Director-General Datuk Paddy (repeat: Paddy) Abd Halim and Sungai Buloh Hospital Orthopaedic and Traumatology Department head, Datuk Dr Zamyn Zuki Mohd Zuki.

Other recipients of the DSAP include former Drainage and Irrigation Deputy Director-General Ab Qahar Osman; Foreign Ministry Deputy Secretary-General (Bilateral Affairs) Raja Nushirwan Zainal Abidin; Director-General, Asean-Malaysia National Secretariat, Foreign Ministry, S.Jojie Samuel; Cardiology and Medical Specialist, Hospital Pusrawi Sdn Bhd, Dr Azar Azman Abu Bakar and Ibam Mining Sdn Bhd direcor Mr. Tong Yuw Choy.

Meanwhile, 78 people will be conferred the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP), which also comes with the title “Datuk”.

They are KGSS Venture Holdings Sdn Bhd director Tengku Ferozdin Tengku Abdul Rahim; Felcra Berhad CEO, Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope; Kelantan Customs Department director, Datuk Mohd Nasir Yusoff; Senator Zahari Sarip and National Hydraulic Research Institute director, Professor Dr Nasehir Khan E.M Yahya,

Also bestowed the DIMP award are Director of International Relations, Research Division of the Prime Minister’s Department, Norzuhdy Mohammad Nordin; former Malaysian Permanent Representative to UNESCO , Mohd Zulkifli Mohammed; Brilliant Star Construction (M) Sdn Bhd MD director, Farah Zarina Johari Faisal Stephen; Pahang Farmers Organisation Authority director, Sawalludin Ahmad; Director of International Transfer of Prisoners, Malaysian Prisons Department, Mohd Zawawi Ab Rahim.

Others include the Deputy Prime Minister’s Political Secretary, Dr Ahmad Masrizal Muhammad; TESDEC Services Sdn Bhd director, Saiful Bahri Baharuddin; actor Aaron Mustapha Aziz; ,Head of Cardiology Unit, Heart and Lung Centre, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre, Associate Professor Dr Oteh Maskon; Head of Neurosurgery Department, Sungai Buloh Hospital, Dr Azmin Kass Rosman; actor Farid Kamil Zahari.

Emergency physician at Tuanku Mizan Military Hospital, Brigadier-General Dr Rushdi Abdullah; Assistant Chief of Staff of Human Resources, Royal Malaysia Air Force (RMAF) Headquarters, Brig Gen Md Fauzi Saleh; Aerospace Technology Systems Corp Sdn Bhd CEO Lieutenant Colonel (Rtd) Mohd Fadzar Suhada; ,Gading Group Executive Director, Lt Col (Rtd) Shafiee Mahat; Head of DNA Databank, Forensic Laboratory, Bukit Aman, Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police (SAC) Hussein Omar Khan.

Also awarded the DIMP are Kuala Lumpur Special Branch chief, SAC Marzuki Kamaruzaman; Persatuan Peranakan Baba Nyonya Malaysia president, Ronald Gan Yong Hoe; Principal Assistant Director of Community Policing, Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department, Bukit Aman, SAC Dr Mustafa Khan Abdul Samat.

Other recipients are Principal Assistant Director, Extreme Economic Threats Division, Bukit Aman Special Branch, SAC Surina Saad; Koperasi Amanah Pelaburan Bhd director, Sulaiman@Mohamed Helmi Mohd Ilyas; Branch Head, Enforcement Agency, Intelligence Division, Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), Bukit Aman, SAC Fauzi Khan Ismail.
