PM boards AirAsia's 'Hebatkan Negaraku' Airbus

KOTA KINABALU: Ending his two-day visit in Sabah today, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak returned to Kuala Lumpur on board an AirAsia plane fitted with Barisan Nasional's (BN) 14th General Election (GE14) campaign manifesto livery at the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA).

The phrase 'Hebatkan Negaraku' which serves as BN manifesto's theme was displayed on the body of the Airbus A330-300.

The Prime Minister arrived at KKIA after attending a programme in Kota Marudu at about 4pm. He was accompanied by Sabah's deputy chief ministers Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan and Datuk Yahya Hussin.

Also present was AirAsia Group CEO Tan Sri Tony Fernandes.

This morning, Najib officiated the Keningau Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) before attending a function with the people in Beaufort and Kota Marudu.
