KOTA KINABALU: Private secretary to Sabah Yang di-Pertua Negeri Abinan Asli this morning handed over a notification letter from Tun Juhar Mahiruddin that Tan Sri Musa Aman is no longer the Chief Minister.

The letter was handed over to Musa's private secretary Effendy Sunoh at Restoran BTC Inanam, here at 11.34am.

Speaking to media, Abinan said the letter stated that Musa, who is also Sabah Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman, is no longer the Chief Minister effective May 12.

Earlier Abinan and several officers from Istana Negeri accompanied by policemen arrived outside Musa's house in Luyang here to present the letter, but was unable to enter the vicinity.
