House deposit of RM1,000 offered to purchasers at MyRumah

SUNGAI PETANI: Hunza Properties Berhad is offering unique packages to visitors at the MyRumah Property Showcase 2018, which started on Friday.

Its Bertam branch manager, M. Faizal Abdul Rahman, said some 200 housing units were available in Kepala Batas were equipped with interesting features including ‘zero-lot-line’ bungalows.

“We bring different products by highlighting the beauty of nature with surrounding that exudes privacy for homeowners.

“Other features include spacious parking lot with concrete floor print that could accommodate up to three vehicles at any one time.

“Additional facilities include the installation of air-conditioner’s nose and pipe; water heater piping with hot water tank in the master bedroom; automated gate, as well as attractive overall house design,” he said.

Faizal said buyers needed to only pay a deposit of RM1,000 for the purchase of the houses priced between RM439,000 and RM558,000. In addition, visitors who make the purchase at the showcase would also receive a five-percent discount.

Meanwhile, Sepakat Mewah Sdn Bhd offered 145 condominium units priced between RM688,000 and RM800,000, and 39 shoplot units priced from RM700,000 in Sungai Nibong.

Its sales division manager, Vincent Koay, said the residential scheme was located near the proposed Light Rail Transit (LRT) station.

“We are offering a seven-percent rebate, with additional three percent payback to customers with zero down payment throughout the showcase,” he said.

The MyRumah Property Showcase 2018 organised by The News Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Bhd (NSTP) which ends today, is open from 10am to 10pm.
