PETALING JAYA: A man fell to his death from his 23rd floor apartment balcony in Damansara Perdana here, last night.
His remains were discovered by members of the public at 4am, entangled in the balcony of a 1st floor apartment of the condominium at Jalan PJU 8/1.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant operation director Mohd Rizal Buang said they received a distress call at 4.04am and deployed a fire and rescue team from the Damansara station to the location.
He said firefighters had to free the body from the balcony before removing it from the scene after the Police Forensic Unit (PDRM) unit completed their investigation.
“The body was then handed over to the police for further action and documentation,” Rizal added.
