MELAKA: The MyRumah property exhibition organised by The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad (NSTP) group is set to hold its first event in Melaka, expecting to attract 15,000 visitors.
This is the fourth time the exhibition is held and will take place at Mahkota Parade from Sept 21 to 23.
The exhibitors are property developers from the southern region, banks and insurance companies from Johor.
NSTP Advertisement general manager (agency, direct and special feature advertisement) Roche Chew said the exhibition is targeting those in the Below 40 and Medium 40 income groups.
A variety of homes will be on sale, ranging from RM200,000 to RM700,000.
"We encourage the public to bring their families and friends to the exhibition because there will be a variety of activities like colouring contest and lucky draw,” he said at the MyRumah 2018 Melaka press conference, here, today.
Also in attendance was NSTP regional advertisement head S. Linggaraj.
Chew said among the exhibitors are Bukit Pelali Sdn Bhd, Handal Group, SPNB Aspirasi, Potensi Lestari and Teladan Setia.
"Amanah Raya Bhd (Amanah Raya), Bank Muamalat Malaysia Bhd, Kenanga Investors and Takaful Ikhlas Bhd will also be there," he informed.
