MyRumah Melaka see's positive response

MELAKA: The second day of the MyRumah Property showcase here at Mahkota Parade saw positive feedback from visitors.

Visitors told NSTP that they hoped that the property exhibition would be continued in the future.

Maryamah Kamijan, 51, from Muar, Johor praised The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad (NSTP) for organising the exhibition which she said has become a one stop centre for properties nationwide.

“The exhibition is helpful in that it provides necessary information from property developer’s themselves, especially those cpmeing from outside the state.

“I would also like to thank NSTP for organising the exhibition when the nation’s economy is down, despite this people are still looking for a home.

“I hope that it (the exhibition) could be continued in the future,” said Maryamah who visited the exhibition with her husband, Shukri Darus, 54.

The couple visited the exhibition in the hope of finding a house for their son.

Insurance agent, Muhammad Harith Mohd Rouse, 28, from Sungai Petani, Kedah stopped by at the exhibition after finding it out in Harian Metro, while visiting Kuala Lumpur.

He said the lectures on properties were quite beneficial as there were quite a bit of information, particularly on the property sector as well as on asset investments.

“The lecture which I listened just now was quite interesting on the importance of bequest to protect properties,” he said.

He was at the exhibition with his wife Mimi Izzaida Mohd Aris and their two children.
