Former Harian Metro executive editor passes away

KUALA LUMPUR: Former executive editor for Harian Metro, Zian Johari, has passed away due to heart complications at Serdang Hospital last night. He was 65.

It was understood that he had been hospitalised for treatment at the hospital since about a month ago.

After completing his final post as Berita Minggu executive editor, he served as a Media Officer at the Umno Secretary-General's Office under Tan Sri Annuar Musa.

Zian’s remains were brought to his home at Ukay Perdana and he would be laid to rest at Ukay Perdana Muslim Cemetery after Zuhur prayers today.
