KOTA BARU: Celebrity Chef Adam Mahamed Ismail has died at his parents’ house here today due to lung infection. He was 29.
This was shared by his cousin Natasha Amran via her Instagram posting this morning.
She said Adam’s body was brought to Telipot mosque for funeral prayers at around 10am today and is expected to be buried at a cemetery in Lemal, Pasir Mas.
"My beloved cousin (Adam) has passed away this morning and let us prayed for his soul be placed among the pious," she said.
Adam, or popularly known as Adamdidam, was the participant of Hero Oven Season 2 cooking programme on TV3.
According to a close family member, Adam had been seeking regular checks at a few hospitals after suffering from the illness since early this year.
