KUALA LUMPUR: The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRB) today said Income Tax Return Forms (ITRF) for the 2019 assessment year can be submitted through the e-Filing method beginning March 1.
A statement from IRB today said the exercise involve the submission of E, BE, B, P, BT, M, MT, TF and TP.
Taxpayers may also submit their BE forms using their smart phones or tablets via the Mobile Filing application (m-Filing/m-BE).
It said these free applications provided by the IRB could be accessed through its official portal at www.hasil.gov.my.
IRB urged all taxpayers to furnish their ITRF and pay the income tax within the stipulated period to avoid imposition of late penalty charges or late payment charges.
