KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia recorded 4,239 new Covid-19 cases as of noon today.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said today's cases marked a drop of 858 compared to yesterday.
"This brings the number of Covid-19 cumulative cases to 2,623,816 to date," he said in a Twitter post.
He said the infectivity rate or Rt value had also dropped below 1.0, recording 0.96 on Nov 27.
