KOTA BARU: Sultanah of Kelantan Nur Diana Petra Abdullah headed the list of 769 recipients who were conferred with awards and medals in conjunction with Sultan Muhammad V's 53rd birthday celebration today.
Nur Diana received a title and an award from Sultan Muhammad V, in an investiture ceremony held at Istana Balai Besar here.
State Secretary Datuk Nazran Muhammad said Her Highness Nur Diana was conferred with the Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultanah Kelantan title and Darjah Kerabat Yang Amat Dihormati Al-Yunusi (DK) award.
Nazran said Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Ismail Petra was also conferred with the title of Tengku Bendahara Kelantan and the consort of Tengku Mahkota Kelantan Dr Tengku Muhammad Faiz Petra, Che Puan Sofie Louise Johansson Petra who was conferred with Yang Teramat Mulia Che Puan Mahkota Kelantan.
At the same time, three dignitaries were bestowed with the Kerabat Bergelar awards; Pengiran Muda Abdul Qawi DYTM Paduka Seri Pengiran Perdana Wazir Sahibul Wal-Waqqar Pengiran Muda Mohamed Bolkiah received the Tengku Seri Utama Raja award; Datuk Seri Raja Zurin Raja Aman Shah received the Tengku Sri Kelana D'Raja award and; Tengku Anisah Tengku Abdul Hamid received the Tengku Keso'ma Mastika awards.
Nazran said two received the Dato' Bergelar awards; Kelantan Mufti Datuk Mohamad Shukri Mohamad received the Dato' Kaya Perba award and Kelantan Islamic Affairs Department director Datuk Che Mohd Rahim Jusoh who received the Dato' Lela Perkasa award.
"Another recipient who get the DK award was Paduka Seri Pengiran Perdana Wazir Sahibul Himmah Wal Waqar Pengiran Muda Mohamed Bolkiah Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien," he added.
Meanwhile, Che Puan Sofie Louise Johansson Petra and Pengiran Muda Abdul Qawi Ibni DYTM Paduka Seri Pengiran Perdana Wazir Sahibul Himmah Wal Waqar Pengiran Muda Mohamed Bolkiah were also conferred with the Ahli Yang Kehormat Yang Pertama (Seri Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (SPMK) award which carries the title "Datuk"
Three were bestowed with the Ahli Yang Kehormat Yang Pertama (Seri Paduka) Bagi Darjat Kebesaran Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (SJMK) award and they are caretaker finance minister Datuk Tengku Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz, caretaker water and environment minister Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man and deputy Kelantan Mufti Datuk Nik Abdul Kadir Nik Mohamad.
Nazran also said two people received the Ahli Yang Kehormat Yang Pertama (Seri Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (SPSK); Foreign Affairs Ministry's secretary-general Datuk Seri Amran Mohamed Zin and Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Chief Commissioner Datuk Seri Azam Baki.
"Former prisons commissioner-general Datuk Zulkifli Omar is the sole recipient for Ahli Yang Pertama (Seri Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Jasa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Setia (SPJK)," he added.
Twelve people received the Ahli Yang Kedua (Dato' Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (DJMK) which carries the title "Datuk" including Kelantan state exco Dr Izani Husin and former Lenggong member of parliament Datuk Shamsul Anuar Nasarah. The awards carries the title "Datuk".
Seven will get the Ahli Yang Kehormat Yang Kedua (Dato Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Kesateria Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Perkasa (Al-Yahyawi II) (DPKK) and another 18 people conferred the Ahli Yang Kedua (Dato' Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (A;-Ibrahimi II) (DPSK), all awards carries the title "Datuk".
Two people will receive the Ahli Yang Kedua (Dato' Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Jasa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Setia (Al-Petrawi II) (DPJK) which carries the title "Datuk".
Eleven people will receive the Ahli Yang Ketiga (Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (PMK), 15 will get the Ahli Yang Ketiga (Taulan) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (Al-Ismaili III) (JMK) and one will receive the AhliYang Ketiga (Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Kesateria Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Perkasa (Al-Yahyawi III) (PKK).
Nazran said 32 people will receive Ahli Yang Ketiga (Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (Al-Ibrahimi III)(PSK) and seven will get the Ahli Yang Ketiga (Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Jasa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Setia (Al-Petrawai III) (PJK).
A total of 66 people will get the Ahli Yang Keempat (Bentara) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (Al-Ibrahimi IV) (BSK) and 19 will receive the Ahli Yang Keempat (Bentara) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Jasa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Setia (Al-Petrawi IV) (BJK).
Another 134 will receive the Ahli Yang Kelima (Ahli) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (Al-Ibrahimi V) (ASK) and 22 people will get the Ahli Yang Kelima (Ahli) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Jasa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Setia (Al-Petrawi V) (AJK).
Two will get the Jaksa Pendamai (JP) award and a total of 406 people will get other awards and medal.
Nazran said the investiture ceremonies would be held twice. The first will be today involving some 114 recipients while the second ceremony would be held on a date to be announced later.
