KUALA LUMPUR: A Malaysian woman was left dumbfounded after an enraged road user almost whacked her driver down with a club.
And, all the fury was simply because her driver had honked at the road user for switching lanes suddenly. The incident happened when the woman was on e-hailing ride in Petaling Jaya yesterday.
She later uploaded the heated episode between the two men on her Twitter handle, @zabedabedoo, and said her father had lodged a police report on the incident.
In the video, the road user was seen heckling the driver to stop the car. A heated episode ensued afterwards with the road user using abusive language and threatening to hit the e-hailing driver with a club.
"It was my first time witnessing a road bullying incident. It was quite traumatising," the Twitter user told the New Straits Times.
The e-hailing driver, she added, was also expected to lodge a police report on the incident today.
