KOTA BARU: The Kelantan Information Department (JaPen) has mobilised 135 Madani communities statewide to disseminate information on the importance of registering with the central database hub (Padu) system.
State JaPen director, Muhd Nor Aswadi Md Nor, said the Madani communities involved will play a role in disseminating information related to Padu to the community in the state.
"JaPen is holding a large-scale movement starting on the day of the Padu launch to provide understanding regarding the importance of registering.
"We also have a WhatsApp group to share information related to Padu such as questions and answers and so on," he said.
He said this to reporters after the flood disaster donation by the Malaysian Islamic Economic Development Foundation (YaPEIM) to 100 members of the Kelantan Media Club (Kemudi), here today (January 8). — Bernama
