ALOR STAR: Fifty-two old cars stored at the Sungai Petani Municipal Council depot were damaged in a fire here today.
Sungai Petani Fire and Rescue Department chief Ismail Mohd Zain said a team was dispatched to the location in Taman Batik after receiving a distress call at 10.58am.
"The fire involved 52 old cars seized by the council and stored at the depot."
