'BN will win again in Negri to prove Invoke survey wrong'

Negri Sembilan Barisan Nasional chairman Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said the survey by Invoke Malaysia (Invoke), which predicted that the state would lose in the 14th General Election, is merely psychological propaganda.

He said the survey conducted by the state BN had a different outcome.

He said based on the survey and reports received, BN would retain its seats in Negri Sembilan, besides adding at least two
more seats to win a two-thirds majority.

“That (Invoke survey) was made up to create a psychological war. I say BN will win in the state but it (Invoke) says otherwise.

“That is the same old story. It claimed that Negri Sembilan would be the first state to lose in GE13, but we didn’t lose. In fact, we secured more seats.”

He said he was confident that BN would continue to lead the state after its success in delivering 44 out of 45 pledges offered in GE13.

“I am happy to know that based on the survey conducted, we are leading with 60-40 (in the Teluk Kemang parliamentary seat), while in the Seremban parliamentary seat, it’s a 50-50 (fight).

“I believe that if we win more votes in Ampangan, Sikamat and Lenggeng state seats, we will regain the Seremban parliamentary seat.”
