KANGAR: Perlis PKR polls which were supposed to take place tomorrow, has been postponed to another date.
PKR Kangar Vice-Chief, Asrul Nizan Abd Jalil, said the postponement was necessary to strengthen the e-voting system.
“The polls in Perlis tomorrow (Sept 23) had to postponed to another date which would be announced later, he said.
He adds that postponement was due to problems detected in the e-voting system in Kedah and Perlis which took place today.
The PKR polls which were supposed to take place in Perlis tomorrow involved party branches in Kangar, Padang Besar and Arau.
